The Ocooch Mountains are an area of
southwestern Wisconsin that was left untouched during the glaciers of the Ice
Age. We are blessed with beautiful high stone ridges and deep lush valleys.
The word “Ocooch” translates as “where one goes to get nourishment.” The words Conscious Creations
were chosen because we have made a commitment to approach all that we do with
heightened awareness and pure intention.
OM–Creations, the name used for our website, gives voice to our vision through the sacred sound of OM.
Our vision is to provide an opportunity for right livelihood and conscious
creativity for people in the Ocooch Mountains of southwestern Wisconsin and in
other parts of the world. Our vision also includes supporting
spiritual unfoldment and attainment for all who desire it.
On this website you will find beautiful chairs and benches handcrafted by
Swami Ahamananda. They are designed to foster correct spinal, physical and
energetic alignment during the practice of meditation.
We also offer a growing
variety of other items that have been carefully selected by Ahamananda, the
owner of the business. Ahamananda is a dedicated spiritual practitioner,
ordained in the Kriya Yoga lineage, who has done some traveling in other
countries. Thus we offer an eclectic and ever changing assortment of items.
